What we collect

When you request a free audit, the form collects your name, email, business or property name, website or listing URL, number of listings, booking software, and anything you choose to add in the notes field. We also note where you came from (for example, a link in an email) so we know which outreach is useful.

Why we collect it

To record your audit, send it to you, and reply to you. That’s it. We don’t add you to a newsletter unless you ask.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored by our form provider, [form provider], and in our email inbox.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that don’t use cookies or track you across other sites. We see totals such as page visits and form submissions, not who you are.

We don’t sell your data

We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Deleting your details

Email faizan@evenly.design and we’ll delete everything we hold about you.
