Questionshosts ask
01Do I have to leave Airbnb?
No. Most hosts keep Airbnb for new guests and use their own site for repeat guests, referrals and ads. Your calendars stay in sync.
02Do I need new booking software?
For direct booking, we set you up on OwnerRez, or work with the software you already use if it has a booking widget. You own the account and pay the provider directly.
03I don’t have a website yet. Is that a problem?
Not at all. That’s where most of our clients start.
04How long does it take?
A Showcase Page takes about 1–2 weeks. A Direct Booking Site takes about 2–3 weeks, depending on how quickly we get your photos and details.
05Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, your content and your guest list are yours.
06Can you guarantee more bookings?
No one honestly can. We design for direct bookings and show you what’s working each month, but results depend on your market, pricing and how you promote it.
07How do I pay?
50% to start, 50% at launch. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
